The Ssift Kitchen is super stocked with just about anything a tenant could need. The kitchen has ample storage space, a dishwasher and microwave as well as table and seating for quick bites. In addition to copious dishware there is a large supply of essential cookware eg: measuring cups, strainers, cutting boards, tupperware and more! The Ssoft Kitchen is equipped with handy appliances and kitchen gadgets including bottle and can openers, a garlic press, a toaster, a coffee maker, a keureg machine. a blender and more! Inside Ssift kitchen you will also find the liquor station with everything you need to enhance your cocktail or mocktail hour. Ssift's kitchen is best equipped to meet all of your culinary needs!

FIRST FLOOR BATHROOM
The half bathroom at Ssift offers convenience not to be taken for granted. Tenants and their guests can enjoy an accessible bathroom without having to leave the first floor. Tenants can find a large supply of toiletries from my travels available for your visiting guests! Grab hair products, lotions, bath products and more for your unprepared visitors. There's more than meets the eye in Ssift's first floor bathroom!

LIVING ROOM
Ssift's dining room boasts a large, beautiful dining room table. While the table can be condensed to optimize space, it is large enough to host up to ten guests. While historically it has primarily been used for studying and group projects, it is perfect for entertaining! The hutch contains place settings, cloth napkins and much more to help you plan an elegant affair! You will also find poker chips and playing cards in the hutch for your entertainment! Whether you are studying, hosting a dinner party or a game night, the Ssift Dining Room is the answer to your needs!

DINING ROOM
Boasting brand new flooring, the Ssift Living Room has ample seating and a 75 inch smart television that is locked and loaded with a variety of streaming subscriptions. This is an ideal environment to hang with your roommies or host your own get together. There is a wardrobe for jackets and winter wear, inside you will also find blankets to snuggle up with. There are also board games in the wardrobe for old school fun. The china cabinet is filled with knick knacks that can inspire you to discover all the wonderful sites that Philadelphia has to offer. Don't forget to pause on your way out to confirm your perfection in our entryway mirror!
