THE EXTERIOR
Ssift's amenities reach outside of its four walls. Ssift is currently in the process of renovating its porch, driveway, balcony and roof deck to optimize your enjoyment!
PORCH
The front porch is a new construction. It offers seating while you wait for your Uber as well as a lock box to keep your packages secure until you return home. The doorbell can be heard on each floor of Ssift and there is a security camera that can alert you to arriving guests.
DRIVEWAY
The driveway is secured by a locked gate. It is available when you are unable to find street parking. There is also an area to safely secure bicycles. There is a security camera so that you can stay vigilant of vehicles and bicycles parked within.
BALCONY
The second floor balcony is solely for the use of the resident of the adjoining room. It is a great space to sit in the sun while you take a phone call or read a book!
ROOF DECK
The Ssift roof deck offers a beautiful view of the city line and offers a grill and seating. It is currently under renovation and will reopen Spring 2024. Please stay tuned because it will be awesome!
